When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship all domestic orders via postal services and FedEx. Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship all international orders via DHL.
Standard international delivery takes 4–21 business days.
Please note that international delivery times are currently extended, and shipping durations may vary significantly due to customs processing.
Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments.
